Dick's Property Service LLC is a small family owned company. We are focused on serving our customers right. There are a lot of other choices out there and we are happy to be yours. We have a broad range of services to help serve your needs. If something we are doing needs a trade pro we will handle the subcontracting of that so you are not burdened with the task of matching our time needs.
What we do: Here at Dick's Property Service LLC we help make that house a home. Installing, maintaining, repairing and servicing the things you add to your house to make it a home.
Mission statement: As we grow we are always going to be focused on tomorrow through the maintenance of today. Quality work and good maintenance will always help to preserve what we have.
We want to help you with that by being here in the long run.
Company policies: We believe trust is a huge part of a customer bringing us into their lives. So we do our best to insure that is not lost. We run every employee/staff member through a background check and keep an eye on all employees/staff members for bad habits. We believe teaching the right way through daily life is best. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone learns from them. Our goal is to have long term employees, you the customer, can count on.
Executive vision: A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. That's why as we start to grow we will bringing in more office help to make the customers life easier too. A good relationship with our employees/staff members is a must to grow as a team. Starting out from the ground up will have it's ups and downs, and some people may not be happy, all we can do is try to make it right when something goes wrong.
